Q: Tell me a bit about PrettyRaccoon Clothing, please!
A: PrettyRaccoon Clothing is located in Toronto. It was started
(with love) in January 2005 by Andrea Winkler as a part-time hobby,
eventually growing into a full-time enterprise -- selling
one-of-a-kind clothing all over the world.
The clothes in the portfolio section have all been sold -
new creations are only available through eBay featuring
new listings at least once a week.

Q: Do you do custom orders?
A: I no longer do custom orders. I carry many different styles of tops and many different silk-screen images - there will hopefully be something for everyone!
Q: How should I care for my new top?
A: I recommend hand-washing your top and hanging to dry. American Apparel tops can be put into the washing machine, but cleaning them by hand will increase their long and happy lives!
The following are the washing instructions
taken from the American Apparel website:
Wash warm, dry low. Although you should not expect any significant fading, wash colors separately from whites, especially on the first wash. Expect about 5-7% shrinkage after the first wash.
Q: What is your privacy policy?
A: I never share any of your personal information with anyone else ever. Never ever ever.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: I use airmail to ship all of my clothing, which takes about 6-10 business days to arrive anywhere in the world. Shipping within Canada usually takes 4-8 business days.
Q: How much does shipping cost? Will you combine shipping?
A: Shipping cost depends on the weight of the item and is listed separately for each top. I love to combine shipping -- just let me know which tops you are interested in and I'll calculate the cost for you.
Q: Do you take returns?
A: I don’t take returns if something doesn’t fit! I am careful to list all of the measurements of each top – compare those to something you already own (in similar materials) and you should be fine.
Q: Why should I join your email list?
A: I send out emails when I make new silk-screened designs (about once every two months), if I make any drastic changes to my site, or if I have a sale. It's a great way to keep on top of things!
